Freedivers that wish to level up to new depths and that are already comfortable with Frenzel’s equalising technique, and for those who want to start a career in the freediving world.

What are you going to learn?
Equalising technique “mouth-fill”
Diving in passive exhale
Packing and reverse-packing
Body warm up and pulmonary stretches.
The physics necessary to comprehend freediving and how to use it during trainings
How to be an assistant instructor
How to prepare the equipment (buoy, ropes and different knots)
Fitness, trainings, nutrition and diets for freediving
Dive up to 38 meters deep.
Requirements:
Possession of a level 2 certificate or equivalent from a recognized agency.
Certification of a First Aid course (including CPR) with a validity of less than two years.
