At the highest point of his cooking career, being the Chef of the 1st Football Club Barcelona team, he decided to drop it all and go back to what he really loved, the sea and freediving.
He decided to settle down in Barcelona with his family so he could continue his training and build Vertical Freedive.
In 2022 Lluís took part in his first competition, where he ended becoming the best in Spain, achieving first position in the category “peso constante” without flippers (CNF), the most challenging discipline in deep waters, and second position in free diving category (FIM).
He also belongs to the dept. of Catalan Freediving (FECDAS) where he promotes the sport.
