Who is it for?

Freedivers that wish to level up to new depths and that are already comfortable with Frenzel’s equalising technique, and for those who want to start a career in the freediving world.

What are you going to learn?

  • Equalising technique “mouth-fill”
  • Diving in passive exhale
  • Packing and reverse-packing
  • Body warm up and pulmonary stretches.
  • The physics necessary to comprehend freediving and how to use it during trainings
  • How to be an assistant instructor
  • How to prepare the equipment (buoy, ropes and different knots)
  • Fitness, trainings, nutrition and diets for freediving
  • Dive up to 38 meters deep.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a level 2 certificate or equivalent from a recognized agency.
  • Certification of a First Aid course (including CPR) with a validity of less than two years.
  • To be 16 years old or above
